Volunteering

BJR is a non-profit organization led by parent and community volunteers. You do not need to hold a position to voice your thoughts or lend your time, our meetings are open to the public every month and we appreciate all parent support.

MVYFL & WMYLC REPRESENTATIVES

Anyone interested in running for a position in 2017 needs to submit a letter of interest to the President by the October meeting.

OFFICERS & BOARD MEMBERS

Anyone interested in running for a position in the 2017 season are required to submit a letter of “intent to run” to the BJR Secretary (alicia.carey@ymail.com) on or before December 31, 2016. Voting will take place at the January Annual election, you must have attended at least 4 meetings in the previous calendar year to be eligible to vote in the Annual Election.

Officer positions include; President, Vice President (football, cheer, lacrosse), Financial Secretary and Secretary. There are six (6) board positions and two (2) non-voting Alternate board positions.

Head Coach applications need to be submitted to the Board by 5pm, April 26th.

Assistant Coach applications need to be submitted to the Board or Head Coach by 7pm, June 28th.

Anyone interested in running for a position are required to sent a “letter of interest” to the President by the February membership meeting.
